Gwen’s personal history with addiction and recovery drew her to a passion of working to help others. She started as a Fitness specialist in 1997 and then became a recovery companion and coach in 2009. To her, there is nothing more exciting than to see the light return to a clients eyes as their health returns and the magic of a shift in perspective happens.

After several years working in the industry Gwen has found that a new approach is needed in the recovery companion field: An approach where there is guidance and oversight of talented and experienced clinicians for the companion to be more effective.
